Be Happy

Raw Pasta made be my student. With Hemp.

Over the long weekend I attended the Body, Mind and Spirit expo.
I had a wonderful time, met some great people and was able to inspire many people with my Raw food Demos.

*Very excited to meet a doctor who is a raw foodie. We did a book trade. Her book is fantastic.

I was blessed to have kind people assist me with my events. I asked for help and am glad I did. I often try do everything on my own and feel bad to ask for help. I have decided that it is important that I receive as well as give. My angel cards helped guide me.

"We are a team"  The quote from my helper. Working together with others enables us both to grow and also help more people. That is what is great about the wellness industry.

*Cory Harding from Healthy Living Seminars assisted me. I also assist Healthy Living Seminars with events. Not only did he help, he also had a fantastic time and was able to meet many great people too! Glad to invite others to be a part of Natural Naughties.

During my demonstration my blender stopped working. I must admit in the situation at first I thought "Some one has cursed me, this is why that happened". I come from an Italian background.  As a child growing up, if something went wrong, my family would believe it was because someone was jealous, maybe someone did not like me. So what ever went wrong was not my fault. AKA the evil eye, mal occhio.

Lucky due to lots of my own work on self development I grounded myself and said " Everything happens for a reason, my blender has done me so well and lasted a great 4 or so years, maybe it's time to up grade and I will find a sponsor" I am excited to get a new one :)

It was not a major issue. I was still able to complete the demo. Everyone loved the raw cheese dip.

I called my mum today and I told her what happened, Yes....cursed you, that's why. :P As a parent you have a strong influence on a childs mind. Teachers, grandparents are a huge influence too. Still I am old enough to be responsible for my own mind and thoughts :)

I prefer to be happy.
I prefer to learn and grow through situations. I prefer to see the good in people. I prefer to help people. I create my own opportunity and grow.
