I had a blast teaching a raw food class last week and am really excited to share some of the recipes from the day with those who missed out.

This Raw Carob Chocolate was very popular on the day. The good thing about this chocolate was it is easy to make and is actually pretty good for you too.



I meet so many fantastic people in my classes who come for different reasons and I feel so blessed to be able to assist people for those reasons. This recipe was very appealing to one of the students who has an allergy to dairy and gluten. It's also an impressive recipe to some parents who want to continue to create healthy recipes for children as they have found their own children are behaving better as a result of clean eating.

Natural Naughties Raw Carob Chocolate

Ingredients:
1 cup melted coconut oil
4 tablespoons agave
1/4 cup carob
3 tablespoons raw cacao
Directions:
Whisk ingredients together with a whisk till combined.
Pour into liners.
Freeze.
Optional to add in chopped nuts, seeds, coconut flakes or goji berries.
