Inspirational Parents

Last Parents class held at Rainbow Tree was so popular I taught another class last night. After the previous class I received so much positive feedback from parents who noticed changes in childrens energy, health and behavior. Not only did the children feel different on a higher raw food diet but other family members noticed a difference. One of my clients old me since my class her husband lost 10 kilos and feels better then ever.

Last class I picked to teach the class with Qualified Nutrition Guru Kelly as I wanted to learn more about the ingredients I use and how they benefit pregnant woman, children and babies. This time around I taught the class alone and was confident the ingredients I used would have a positive influence on the health of others. Of course It is always suggested to seek professional health for individual advice ;)

It is so fantastic to meet so many proactive parents who are passionate to introduce healthy foods to children. Most store bought foods designed for children are heavily processed and contain sugar, additives and preservatives. Raw Foods and whole foods are great for the development of a child. We all need to nourish our bodies!

We had a lot of fun on the night. I made all "Nut Free" recipes due to new school policy. Goodies made included Raw Coconut, goji balls, Raw Green super food ball, Raw C coconut berry shake, Avocado and mustard seed avocado dip served with raw crackers.
