Protein Ice Cream

 
Ice cream!! That got your attention. Who does not like ice cream? Yum.

If you require higher amounts of protein to hit your "macros" or reach your own goals it can be boring eating the same thing all the time. That is why Natural Naughties inspire you to get creative in the kitchen.

This "ice cream" recipe is free from nasty artificials, low in sugar, high in protein and a healthy replacement to traditional ice cream. Besides it has a "protein" boost", how amazing :)

I use raw and organic eggs in this "ice cream". I eat them and have no issues.I feel like "Rocky". Eggs are a great source of vitamins and minerals. The yellow is also very nutrient dense, hence I have included them for a boost of "healthy" fats.

Protein Ice Cream 

Very quick, simple and easy alternative to "ice cream". Makes a great snack or after dinner treat that is "guilt free".

Ingredients

4 scoops natural whey protein powder
1 banana
2 whole eggs
4 egg whites
stevia or another sweetener
one tablespoon raw cacao
1/4 cup water, more if needed, should be like a thick custard.

Directions

Process the ingredient together in a food processor. (to be honest I just mashed the mix ;))

Pour into a lined tin.

Freeze and slice into pieces.

*I suggest to use a "cheesecake" tin as if you transfer it to a container, it will need to defrost before eating it. The image here i did transfer mix to a container. If you have an "ice cream maker, you can trial that"
