These pancakes make the perfect breakfast or snack. They are easy to make, using whole foods and good quality ingredients.

These pancakes contain quality fats, carbs, protein and are nutrient dense.

Recipe

For the pancake

Ingredients
2 whole eggs
6 egg whites
2/3 cup Bulk Powders ground oats
1 teaspoon raw cacao
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Stevia (I used Bulk Powders Stevia)
a few berries, chopped

Directions

  1. Process all ingredients together. (Not the berries)
  2. Pour half the mixture onto a greased frying pan on low/medium heat.
  3. Cook for a few minutes on one side, then flip and cook on the other (approx. 3 minutes)
  4. Always watch when cooking to ensure the pancake does not burn.

For the topping

Ingredients
2 teaspoons peanut butter
2 teaspoons melted coconut oil
stevia or organic honey

Directions:
  1. Whisk together and pour over the pancakes.

Suggestions:

  • If you have a gluten intolerance, replace the oatmeal with Coconut Flour.
