Natural Naughties Love NEW ingredients

So everyone likes something sweet sometimes! True? I know I do!

In my e-books I mention a range of natural sweetners that can be used in place of white sugar that is often stripped of all the minerals and nutrients.

To name a few, stevia, agave, raw honey, lucuma, dates and natural fruit.

I purchased some molasses to try some NEW recipes with. I always get excited by new ingredients and could not resist.

Molasses is a thick dary syrup, left over from the production of table sugar. Molasses retains a variety of minerals making it more nutrient dense.

This sweetner does not taste TOO SWEET. To be honest I personally think it has a bitter sweet taste and taste simular to licorice.

Some benefits of Molasses are..

Great source of magnesium, copper, iron, pottasium, to name a few of the many vitamins and minerals present.

How to use it?

Use it in place of sugar or other sweetners used in my recipes.

Before using it taste it to make sure you like it, would hate for you to ruin a good cake.

Add 1/2 teaspoon to herbal teas for taste..
