These are not "cakes". These are little meals. I love to be creative but also save time and avoid mess when possible.

I find that using liners saves me time washing and works well to portion size my meals.

Often, people are eating the correct food but eating too much of it. Portion size or macro meals may help one in being more mindful, without of course being obsessed.

Making a few meals ahead of time saves you time.

I love having these for breakfast and will share the recipe.

Egg white Cakes made with Icon Eggs

Ingredients
half cup coconut flour
one tablespoon peanut butter
one tablespoon almond meal
half carton egg whites
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon agave

Directions
Whisk together in a blender.
Pour into liners.

Serves approx 8.
