So many people want to know what it takes to be a "sports model". Jenna gives us her thoughts and insights, as well as a peek at her usual routine. It is important not to compare yourself to others or assume the same things will work for you. We are all unique and special in our own way. It is important to focus on being the best version of yourself and being happy for others.



About Me: 
26 years old from Adelaide
Medical receptionist, studying Cert IV in fitness

Height: 163cm
Weight: 56kg


How long have you been training? 
I have been training since 2010. I started as a cardio addict & my boyfriend at the time, as part of the gym, introduced me to weights & I loved it!

How many times a week do you train? 
I have a 5 day split of weight training. 2 days are rest days. And 6 days of 30 minute cardio.

What type of foods and training do you do to maintain shape?
I eat a lot of chicken, kangaroo & fish. As well as oats, quinoa, sweet potato, lots of vegetables, fruit & nuts, oils & avocado for good fats.

Biggest achievement to date? 
Biggest achievement was winning my first comp this year. ANB under 30's fitness model.

How has competing changed you? 
Competing has taught me so many things about myself & made me realize how strong I can be. I learnt to believe in myself.

Any advice for girls looking to compete? 
Advice to girls looking to compete is to believe in yourself, do your research before starting a diet/program. Trust the process & stick to your plan.
