Lemon Drink

My tree at home is full of lemons. I love lemons, so I'm very happy about that. I picked them all. I love being outdoors and connecting with nature.

I then juiced all the lemons by hand. I do have a juicer and use it to make juices, but I do not like the taste of lemons juiced in the juicer. I think the "peel" makes it taste "funny".

I had a lot of lemons so I did freeze some of the lemon juice in ice molds to use another day.

Lemon juice can be used in salad dressing, raw food cakes and treats, in hot teas or to marinate meat and veggies in. Lemon juice is a handy and natural way to preserve things so that they last longer. I add it to dips, soaked nuts or banana to avoid them going off or brown.

Today I used the lemon juice to make a healthy alternative to lemonade. I also used Coconut Flower Nectar from Coconut Magic.
