A high in protein "treat" that is easy to make and makes a great snack. High in protein and loaded with natural ingredients.

1/2 avocado
3/4 cup brazil nuts
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup sugar free chocolate mix
         1 cup egg whites

  1. Blend in a high speed blender.
  2. Pour into a lined tin.
  3. Bake on low/medium heat until cooked through (will be firm)
  4. Slice and serve

*Mixture should be like "custard" if too firm add in some more eggs. If to "runny" some more nuts.

Optional topping:
1/2 avocado
4 tablespoons almond, soy or oat milk
1 tablespoons sugar free chocolate

Blend in a high speed blender.
