Natural Naughties is passionate about inspiring to assist others to learn to make different recipes. We believe that including more raw foods into your lifestyle will enhance it as it will encourage you to eat well, be creative, share and learn new things.
 
Natural Naughties taught the attendees to make a basic green smoothie and some high protein bliss balls.
 
Here are the recipes from the day.
 
Protein Bliss Ball
Ingredients
60 grams tony sferir whey protein
1 cup dates
1 cup walnuts
2 tablespoons raw cacao
2 tablespoons goji berries
1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
coconut flakes to coat
Directions
Process in a food processor.
Roll into balls.
Toss in coconut flakes
Tips:
If too dry, add in more dates. If too wet, more protein powder.
 
 
Green Smoothie
Ingredients
800 ml Raw C coconut water
1 large banana
1 handful baby spinach
Directions
Blend in a high speed blender.
