Keep a "food" diary and track how you feel each day during the elimination as well as after.

For accurate results, you must ensure you ditch the gluten 100 percent during the trial.

Here is a recipe for some yummy gluten free pancake

Ingredients:
1/2 banana
2 whole eggs
1/3 cup almond flour or gluten free pancake mix, www.bobsredmill.com
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon stevia

Directions:
Process in a high speed blender
Should be thick, like a custard texture. If too thin, add in more almond meal.
        Be careful when making these "pancakes" as they break easily. Practice makes perfect.
