Paulina Nordin is the founder and owner of The Fighter Diet. She is a well known body builder and passionate about training and dieting. She also is a successful business woman with her own website, E-book range, products and more. I really was so impressed and excited to find out that Paulina has her own Fighter Diet greens.

I have been following Fighter Diet blog and page since 2010 after my first bodybuilding competition. Pauline is a huge motivation. Most people admire her dedication and honesty towards the fitness industry and her work ethic. Her blogs motivated me and still do to work that little bit harder. She is a huge inspiration to me. The Fighter Diet Recipe book is great for those who struggle with post comp blues. Eating the same small portion of chickens and greens gets boring and you get hungry! So instead follow The Fighter diet way, EAT UP. Veggies rock!

I am excited to learn Pauline methods for comp prep/ body shape

Pauline Nordin in my opinion is a huge advocate of veggies. We all benefit from more veggies in the diet. This is the Optimal Veggie Cook Book.

The recipes are all amazing. Great ideas for snack, breakfast, lunch, dinner and treat meals. I love the recipes because most are sugar free, most gluten free and dairy free. Lots of fresh veggies, herbs and quality fats and protein.

*Recipes include sweet potato pancake, cooked eggplant with garlic sauce, veggie frittata, fried green tomatos. Wild salmon fillets with veggies and more. My mouth is watering as a view the images.
