On the weekend I was lucky enough to have the chance to present a talk on "What to eat when you are busy" at a business coaching seminar to a group of motivated people. The seminar was run by Stress Free start ups.

The business seminar hosted by Cory and Sam was amazing. I learned so many things that will improve my business and also personal development. These passionate people have given me so much support and advice while setting up my business. Words can not explain the amazing energy, support or motivation at the workshops!

I love talking about healthy eating and inspiring others to make good food choices.
