Natural Naughties Chocolate Vegan Raw Cheese Cake


Raw cheese cakes have become so popular. It is no surprise as they taste amazing. Not only do they taste amazing, they are very nutrient dense. Raw food cheese cakes are gluten and dairy free. They contain no processed white sugar or flour. Yes it is true that raw cheese cakes are higher in calories, therefore should be enjoyed in moderate amounts of enjoyed on special occasions. They make the perfect clean eating treat for a birthday or function.


  • Cake tin
  • Food processor
  • Basic utensils
  • High speed blender
Natural Naughties use a Vita Mix from Raw Blend.


For the cake

2 cups soaked cashews

2/3 cup melted coconut oil

1/3 cup raw cacao

1/3 cup coconut milk (More if needed)

1/3 cup agave

for the base

2 cup dates

1 cup almonds

3 tablespoons cacao

1 tablespoon coconut oil

(use left over mix to make bliss balls ;))


Process the dates, almonds, coconut oil and raw cacao together.

Flatten down to the bottom of a cheese cake tin to form the base.

In a high speed blender, blend all "cheesecake" ingredients together until smooth.

The mixture should be like a thick custard.

Add more water if too thick to blend.

Pour the mixture on top of the base.

Leave to "firm up" in the fridge. Will take a few hours to set.

Decorate the cake with raw chocolate if you like ;)


Store in fridge, this cake can be frozen for a frozen ice cream cake.
