These strawberries coated with chocolate are delicious and make the perfect guilt-free after dinner treat.

1 punnet strawberries
4 tablespoons coconut oil
5 teaspoons raw cacao
Stevia or other sweetener

  1. Remove stem and chop strawberries in half.
  2. Place them on a tray lined with foil.
  3. Melt the coconut oil in a pan over low heat until melted.
  4. Whisk in the raw cacao and stevia. (Note: Do not let water into the mixture or over heat it as it will spoil.)
  5. Drizzle the chocolate over the strawberries and place in fridge.
  6. Set in fridge. Enjoy!

    Coconut oil is used in this recipe However if you would like treats that remain firm for longer without needing to be stored in a fridge then you can use raw cacao butter instead.

    If you would like a nutrient dense boosted treat add in other super foods such as maca or goji berries!

If you freeze the fruit before pouring the chocolate over the top, it will harden in an instance. Frozen bananas or berries work well!
