Body skin scrub.

Making your own body scrub is easy. Not to mention "healthy". Making you own scrubs allows you to select only natural ingredients that will nourish your skin. Unlike many store bought scrubs the one you make at home can be toxic free.  When you put a beauty product onto your skin it is absorbed. For that reason we want to ensure that we are using Natural products when possible. I mean seriously imagine the damage over time of all the toxins we absorb into the skin.

It is great to see that more people are aware of the ingredients listed on products they use. Selecting Natural products to avoid the harsh chemicals used in many store bough beauty products. If you have sensitive skin then avoiding those products may do wonders for your skin and health.

Natural Naughties want to inspire you.

Creating your own scrubs allows you to be creative too. You can create different smells, textures and colours. Store them in funky airtight containers and share with family and friends. You might even save some money too while producing a better quality product.

I selected a few ingredients I had at home to create this scrub.

Scrubs with coffee in them are known to reduce cellulite. Also assist to keep skin soft and firm.  (not going to make any clams or suggest magic cures, but it is an antioxidant boost and scrubbing will kick start your circulation).

Avocado Oil
