Turmeric pea protein cake

Pea Protein

I have been playing with "pea protein" in the Natural Naughties Kitchen.

I will be sharing a berry pea cake.(The recipe in the picture is a Turmeric one) I share that recipe in The Protein e-book.

This is a great "treat" to have as a snack or for a meal replacement. The berry pea protein cake is made from whole foods, is free from artificials, sugar and white flour.

One question that vegetarians often ask me is about what they can eat to ensure they get more protein into their diet. Well, this "meal" is a great option as it contains a health balance of macro and micro nutrients.
