Raw Basic class one, 11th December

Last weekend was Natural Naughties first basic class.

The class was held at the Beautiful Bliss in Adelaide. Bliss is a vegan cafe that has a wide variety of vegan, healthy dishes. Bliss also stock some Natural Naughties sweets, stay tuned as Natural Naughties new superfood balls will be in store early next week!

Basic class was a great change for like minded individuals to get together! We discussed the benefits or a high raw diet, superfood information, ingredient information, benefits of an alkaline body and ways to improve health and balance the body! The class learned some ways to prep raw dishes, utensils used, information on soaking and sprouting!

In class i demostrated nut milk, green smoothie, goji muesli, yellow cheese, herb cheese, rainbow salad, tahini dressing, italian crackers, bliss balls and chocolate. The students tasted the recipes and shared the food over lunch! A great change to chat to such lovely people! Students took recipes home also!

Bliss has products for sale so students can buy ingredients, my class provides all info on where to stock ingredients and utensils in Adelaide!

Superfood

Maca-Maca is a herb that has been found to increase energy levels, encourage growth and stimulate metabolic functions. Many nutrients found in maca encourage cell production and fuel the system.

Recipe

Yellow Cashew Cheese

Ingredients

1 cup soaked cashews
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon  tumeric
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 pinch celic sea salt.

Directions

Blend all ingredients in high speed blender till smooth.

*serve with natural naughties crackers and raw salad!
*Taste great over cucumber noodles with marinara sauce(will demonstarte in class 2!)

class 2 will commence on the 19th February!
