This "snack" has to be one of the quickest and tastiest snacks I have made.

I used a range of ingredients I love that come together well.

  • Protein Powder - Free from additives. Protein powder assists to keep me full for longer, meaning no "rumbly" tummy.
  • Banana - I like to sweeten my treats with fruit as I avoid processed sugar. I believe there are no "bad" macronutrients just I aim to find good sources. Bananas are a healthy carb source.
  • Peanut Butter - I opt for Natural Peanut butter and do not consider it a "cheat" food. It contains healthy fats and that is good enough for me. I pick to use a Natural Brand as I prefer the taste and texture.

I made this in a VITAMIX as it provides the best results. My Vitamix is from Raw Blend.
