Banana and Spinach Delight

Sneak some greens into an "ice cream" for a nutrient boost. No one will even know that this creation includes spinach.

This is a perfect alternative to ice cream. It is also perfect for those who have intolerance to gluten, dairy or soy. Even better is that it's free from processed sugars and any chemicals.

This sorbet is so easy to make and is sweetened with natural sweeteners.

1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen berries
1/2 cup coconut water
1 cup baby spinach
Blend in a high speed blender.
