This apple sauce is delicious and all natural, as it contains a range of nutrient dense ingredients. Perfect used in baked treats, served on oats, served on egg whites or eaten with ice cream.

Many store bough apple sauce contain added ingredients such as sugar, artificials or preservatives. Fresh apple sauce taste better anyway ;)


Ingredients:
2 small apples chopped (remove core)
        3 tablespoons coconut oil
3 tablespoons coconut palm syrup
        Cinnamon 
        Splash coconut water

Directions:
  1. Add the coconut oil and coconut palm sugar to a pot.
  2. Add in the chopped apples and cinnamon.
  3. Simmer of low/medium heat for a few minutes.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a high speed blender.
  5. Blend.
  6. Enjoy warm with crushed nuts and coconut flakes or store in an air tight container and use in cakes on oats or other creations.
