Amazonia Raw Bars and Acai Berry Powder

I was very excited to get my Amazonia products in the post today. The reason I was so excited was because the product is a super food bar and Natural Naughties promote whole foods. I love the Amazonia bars and Acai Berry Powder. I love the fact that the products are so yummy, natural, raw and healthy. Also great for those with food intolerances as they are gluten and dairy free.

I am excited to give these products away to clients at my Parent Nutrition Raw Food workshop this month. These make the perfect lunch box snack for school children. Many store bought snacks designed for school lunch boxes are not healthy. For example biscuits, chips, sugar loaded fruit wraps and often bars that are even promoted as "healthy" contain processed white sugar and other harmful ingredients. These are convenient for busy mums as they are pre-made :)

The Amazonia bars are so beneficial for anyone looking to improve health as they contain loads of antioxidants, rich omega 3, 6 and 9, 19 naturally occurring amino acids, minerals and vitamins, whole food nutrients that absorb completely into the body.

If you are an athlete or need more energy before an intense training then I would suggest you try Amazonia bars. They keep you full for longer, give you loads of energy and provide your body with whole food nutrition. They have a long shelf life and are easy to carry in your gym bag. Keep a few in the car, in case of emergency snack ;)

The Acai Powder is also great for shakes, desserts and other treats. It has a pretty purple colour so perfect to make icing that is healthy and free from artificials unlike most other icing sugars.

Acai Cheese Cake Recipe

A nutrient dense raw cheese cake. Loaded with antioxidants to help prevent signs of ageing.


1 cup cashews (soak then drain)
2/3 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup chi coconut water
1 tablespoon acai berry powder
1/4 cup agave


Blend in high speed blender. Pour into cheesecake tin. Set in fridge till firm

Serves 6-8
